No more goodies, make way for DIFT!

Seeking an alternative to traditional end-of-year gifts, Little Big Connection chose to collaborate with Captain Cause last year. What was the plan? A large distribution of Dift (a hybrid word combining “Gift” and “Donation”) for our clients and employees! In the end, three associations were supported during this solidarity initiative. Let’s take a closer look at one of them, My Human Kit, which promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities.

At the beginning of our commitment, Connect for Good

The year 2022 marked a turning point in the history of LittleBig Connection with the launch of its new offering, Connect for Good. This service allows clients to connect with the best experts in sustainable transition, who are in increasing demand. We wanted to double this launch with a solidarity action. “We wanted to involve our clients and employees in the heart of this offering launch. We wanted everyone to become actors of a solidarity initiative” explains Camille Moreau, Chief Marketing Officer of LittleBig Connection.

A meaningful gift

Instead of the traditional goodies offered at the end of the year, LittleBig Connection decided to give its clients and employees the opportunity to support an ecological or social project of their choice with a simple click. Among the three selected associations is My Human Kit, which works to implement technological solutions, such as motorized wheelchairs, that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities.

One step closer to inclusion

Thanks to the initiative conducted by LittleBig Connection, the association My Human Kit was able to benefit from valuable donations to continue its technological and innovative projects aiming to improve the everyday lives of these individuals.

On their part, our donors took pride in contributing to the building of a more inclusive world! At the end of the donation campaign, the LittleBiggers had the opportunity to participate in a live event in which Pauline Théophane, Partnership Manager for My Human Kit, shared the company’s mission and the direct impact of the donations received.
