The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Little Big Connection (LBC): SAS with a capital of 18,000 Euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 79356975700016, whose head office is located at 28 rue Jacques Ibert, 92300 Levallois Perret. Little Big Connection offers a platform for large accounts customers allowing them to enter in relation with SMEs and freelancers in the field of consulting, with the objective of carrying out projects requiring the intervention of a certain expertise. (hereinafter also referred to as “We” or “Company”)
- Website or Site: designates the present website, owned and managed by Little Big Connection, as well as all its functionalities, having for domain name: littlebigconnection.com/.
- Visitor: any person connecting to our site www.littlebigconnection.com/ regardless of the use it makes of it (hereinafter also referred to as “You” or “Your”).
- Employee: any person bound by a Little Big Connection work contract.
2. Visitors data
2.1 Data provided by the Visitor
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain Personal Data that can be used to contact or identify You. These personally identifiable information may include, but are not limited to:

Little Big Connection is concerned about the protection of Personal Data and is committed to ensure the best level of personal data protection in accordance with legal obligations and with GDPR.
Thus Little Big Connection has defined technical and organizational measures allowing to protect the data in an appropriate way according to their nature, the extent of the processing and their accessibility. It can be about anonymization of the data, management of access rights, secured flows…
All Little Big Connection staff is sensitive to data protection. Our IT teams are trained to data protection, and are thus able to react quickly in case of a possible violation of Personal Data.
In addition, all your data is hosted in Ile de France (France) in a dedicated environment on Scaleway’s data centers, an ISO 27001 certified company.
8. Rights requests related to Personal Data
8.1 Conditions for exercising a right request
You benefit from rights relating to your Personal Data and the processing carried out by Little Big Connection. You can thus request at any time the access to the personal data related to You, their modification, their deletion (insofar as it does not prevent the good execution of the contract or the respect of the legal obligations of Little Big Connection) and the opposition of one or more particular data processing in the conditions envisaged by the regulations.
You have the possibility of lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of the respect of the obligations as regards Personal Data.

In case of doubt about the identity of the Visitor, Little Big Connection reserves the right to ask for identity proof.

8.2 Data Protection Officer
The appointment of a Data Protection Officer is “mandatory in public sector establishments, in companies that regularly and systematically monitor individuals on a large scale or that process sensitive data on a large scale. »
